Welcome to Raffy, a mobile application developed by GurruLabs. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you use our app.

Raffy is a parenting and caregiving app designed to help track a child’s growth, sleep, feeding, and doctor visits. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Raffy app globally.

We collect the following information, either directly from users or through usage:
2.1 User Data
- Email address (if account is created via Supabase/Gmail).
- User authentication tokens (if logged in).
2.2 Child Data
- Name or alias.
- Date of birth.
- Gender.
- Biometrical information (for example, height and weight).
- Sleep, feeding, and medical logs.
2.3 Device and Usage Data
- Device information (OS version and device type).
- In-app events (screen views, button clicks, feature usage).
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data for the following purposes:
- To provide core app functionality (tracking growth, sleep, and related records).
- To sync your data across devices (if logged in).
- To improve app performance, features, and user experience.
- To debug technical issues and prevent crashes.
- To display relevant ads (via Google AdMob).
- For internal analytics (MixPanel, Google Analytics, Firebase).
4. Optional Account and Sync
- You can use Raffy without an account (data is stored on your device).
- If you choose to log in via Gmail (Supabase), your data will be stored securely on Supabase servers.
- We allow you to sync your information across devices using this account.
5. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services for analytics and ads:

- On-device data is sandboxed and only accessible to the app.
- Cloud-stored data (if syncing enabled) is stored securely via Supabase (location may vary depending on Supabase data center policy).
- Users can delete or export their data at any time.
8. Data Deletion and User Control
You have full control over your data:
- Delete your account and all associated data.
- Export your data to another platform.
- Opt out of analytics tracking by adjusting your device settings or contacting us at gurrulabs@gmail.com.

9. Consent Mechanism
Upon first use of the Raffy app, users are presented with a consent screen that explains:
- What data is collected (for example, usage analytics, crash reports, and advertising identifiers).
- Why the data is collected (for example, to improve the app and show relevant ads).
- Which third-party services receive the data.
Users are given the ability to:
- Accept or decline analytics and ad tracking separately.
- Use the app even if they decline optional tracking features.
- Review or update consent preferences at any time via the app settings.
Analytics and ads are not initialized until the user gives explicit consent, in compliance with GDPR and CPRA requirements.

Raffy is committed to complying with global privacy standards, including:

- California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and CPRA for California users.
